Volunteering at Idaho Food Bank

Not only does our wrestling team work hard in the classroom and on the mat, but they also are amazing volunteers for our community! We volunteer at the Idaho Food Bank for their ‘Backpacks for Kids’ program helping send healthy food home for children in our community who don’t have the luxury and comforts of having hot healthy meals at home. We also help fill the Pantry for underprivileged homes. Keep up the great work Poky Wrestlers!

Last year, Pocatello Wrestling’s inaugural “Takedown Hunger” Food Drive was a great success. We were able to collect over 250 pounds of canned food and help feed over 230 families in Southeast Idaho.

This years Takedown Hunger Food Drive begins Oct 1 through Nov 19th.
